In Bound Gymnastics Staff

 Co-owner and founder of In Bound Gymnastics.  Jamie has been teaching pre-school, recreational gymnastics, tumbling and coaching compulsory and optional gymnastics since 1993.  She moved from Ohio to Georgia in 1995.  Jamie has coached gymnasts to state, regional and national competitions in Ohio and Georgia.

 Alexa (aka Coach Lex) has called In Bound Gymnastics her home since 2017. She is currently the Facilities Director and Team Coach and is USAG, AAU, and NGA certified. She competed as a level 10 USAG competitive gymnast and has coached gymnastics for the last sixteen years. She enjoys running and spending time with her son (JT) and daughter (Millie).

 Nadja is a coach at In Bound Gymnastics where she coaches NGA levels 1 through Gold. She recently ended her own twelve year gymnastics career as a 2022 National Select gymnast after placing 2nd Place All Around at Nationals. On her off time she trains in power lifting and is studying to be a Computer Systems Administrator. Nadja loves coaching and helping her students learn new skills as well as watching them succeed in their gymnastics dreams.

JaLin was a former gymnast at In Bound Gymnastics where she competed for nearly seven years. She has won both State and National titles on Floor Exercise. Her goal as a coach is to inspire and help gymnasts be the best athletes that they can be.

Amanda was born and raised in South Georgia. She is a registered nurse and has served SW GA for more than ten years. Amanda was a competitive cheerleader for fifteen years and a competitive gymnast for three years. She has coached cheerleading and gymnastics and has been an instructor for cheer camps for more than five years.

 Miranda is a former gymnast at In Bound Gymnastics and is now a coach who love her students. She is currently a student at Georgia Southwestern State University and is studying accounting and business. She enjoys riding horses when not working or at school.

 Laney is a freshman at Lee County High School. She is a former gymnast at In Bound Gymnastics and currently teaches the pre-school classes. She enjoys riding her horse and is on the archery team at Lee County High School.

 Lily is a junior at Lee County High School and a level 7 gymnast at In Bound Gymnastics as well as competing for the Lee County gymnastics team. In her free time she enjoys reading.

   Monreau is a student at Lee County High School. She coaches the recreational program at In Bound Gymnastics. She loves working with the children and says 'Coaching and teaching is my favorite part of my day. No matter how my day went, when I get to coach these kids it brightens my day. I love seeing them get excited when they learn a new skill or get excited to just be at gymnastics!"

Rylee is a junior at Lee County High School where she has been cheering for seven years. She serves at Grace City with the kids team. She is a recreational and tumbling coach at Inbound Gymnastics. She enjoys working with little kids and spending time with her family.

Zoey is a junior at Lee County High School where she has been cheering for six years and is a recreational and tumbling coach at In Bound Gymnastics. She enjoys hanging out with friends during her free time.

Kam is a senior at Lee County High School where she is a varsity volleyball and basketball player. At a young age she participated in recreational cheer until the age of 13. She currently teaches the preschool classes here at In Bound gymnastics. She also enjoys listening to music and watching movies.
