In Bound Gymnastics Competitive team

Gymnasts with advanced gymnastics abilities will be invited  by team staff to join the pre-team. This is a great time for gymnasts to begin learning the required skills and techniques to advance to our competitive team.

In Bound Gymnastics competes National Gymnastics Association (NGA) levels 1 - 10. In Bound competitive athletes train on all women's events and strive to mee their personal goals in a positive and safe environment.
